How payment works We currently accept PayID and bank transfer — the lowest-cost method with no card surcharges. After you submit your order we email an invoice with our PayID and reference number. Once payment clears, your order ships.
Prefer cards later? Card checkout can be switched on at any time — see the note we've left in the site files. Bank transfer keeps fees at zero while you launch.

FAQ

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Express shipping is a flat $12 AUD, and free on orders over $200. Orders placed before 2pm AEST typically dispatch same or next business day, with delivery across Australia in 2–4 business days. All parcels are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayID and direct bank transfer — the fastest, lowest-cost option with no card fees. After you place an order we email an invoice with payment details and a reference number. Your order is dispatched as soon as payment clears (usually within minutes for PayID).
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we ship within Australia only. If international demand grows we'll add it — email us to register your interest.
Are your peptides tested?
Yes. Every batch is third-party lab tested for purity (≥99%) and identity. Certificates of analysis are available on request — just email us with the compound and batch.
How should I store my order when it arrives?
Lyophilised (unmixed) vials should go straight into the fridge or freezer, away from light. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within 3–4 weeks. See our Protocol Guide for full storage details.
What's your return policy?
Because these are sensitive research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you.
Is a prescription required?
Our products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and are not for human or animal consumption, so they are not dispensed as medicines. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher aged 18 or over.
How do I reconstitute and dose a peptide?
